It's not every local assessment firm that can boast of having an educator as its leader. WRH Assessments can. W. Ridgely Haines (ergo, the WRH), has a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialty in Counseling & Testing from Cornell University and a Doctor of Education from Florida's Nova Southeastern University.
WRH Assessments is a local company, but its affiliation with Profiles International gives it access to the same quality of tests and asessments that national firms have. Plus, Haines has years of experience in the healthcare arena, which included positions in human resources/staffing analysis, market research and information services. That experience can help smaller business owners when they need to know what tests to use and what to do with the results.
In addition, WRH offers a web-based employee performance appraisal system through AppraisalSmart of Sydney, Australia and background checks through National Applicant Screening of Lawrenceville, GA. The latter service was added in 2007 when Haines relocated the company from Pennsylvania where it was founded in 2003.
