As a boutique assessment specialist Windridge doesn't try to offer the hundreds or even thousands of tests and tools that the larger firms do. This is not a self-service test selling site. The approach is consultative with owner and president Lindsay Colitses working directly with client to help select the right testing tools from among the Winslow Assessments and Multi-Tasking Ability (MAT) test, all from Scientific Selection.
Colitses also writes a blog, publishes a company newsletter and is a member of Seattle area SHRM and SMA (Staffing Management Association) chapters and conducts assessment workshops and coaches both managers and executives as a certified coach with the Hudson Institute

Pre-employment Assessment
