WebCruiter is a full-service ATS that is principally in use in Europe, with a strong concentration, as might be expected, in Norway.
The product was first designed for in-house use by one of Norway's recruitment agencies. It was spun off as an independent technology company in 2003 and has gained traction as an SaaS product.
The company's website was recently revamped to provide a more expansive description of product details and features. Now, it's clear that Webcruiter incorporates both the standard ATS tools of job req management, candidate intake and tracking, as well as more sophisticated services such as ranking, assessments integration and candidate contact.
Webcruiter has been adopted by multinationals like Adecco and Manpower for their Norwegian units.
The company offers three versions of its ATS for the private, public and staffing / recruitment sectors.
