Verifications Announces New Social Security Number Verification (PRWeb)
Verifications, Inc., provider of global employment screening and onboarding solutions, has released a Social Security Number Verification program. The new SSN Verification will be available to order on December 22, 2008.Employers can use the SSN Verification to verify an applicant's social security number. The system uses the Social Security Administration’s Master File to determine if an applicant’s provided name and SSN match and whether the SSN is issued to a person who has been reported as deceased. Candidates are notified of mismatches.
