Its early business model made it unqiue among job boards, charging job-seekers for access to the listings, but was free to employers. In October 2007, TheLadders began charging for listings. Now recruiters pay to post unlimited postings.
There are several options for subscriptions, depending on the size of the company. At the same time the paid model was introduced, TheLadders added recruiter functionality such as OFCCP compliance, integration with recruiter in-house ATS, and many additional functions.
The site has seen a very high level of growth since its inception, and by all accounts, delivers successful results. TheLadders boasts a job-seeker database of 1.6 million and a recruiter user base of 35,000. The site also has useful tools for job seekers and recruiters.News & Updates
