Two years after moving into its new 43,000 square-foot headquarters, The RightThing built a second 32,000 square-foot structure to accommodate its expanding client base.

Clearly, The RightThing is doing things right. Its roster of clients includes Fortune 100, 500 and 1000 firms. CEO Terry Terhark is widely quoted in articles on recruitment process outsourcing and was named HRO SuperStar by HRO Today twice in two years. And the company appears on all kinds of top 10 lists, including twice on HRO Today's Baker's Dozen.

Now, AIRS is part of The RightThing, a deal announced in February 2008 by the leaders of both companies who were ebullient at the prospect of working together. And well they should, AIRS brings vaunted search techniques and training and its ATS technology, while The RightThing is a force in global RPO.

One look at The RightThing's list of services and it is clear it provides end-to-end RPO services, going beyond the sourcing and basic qualifying that smaller firms all do to include  advanced sourcing technology and outplacement services.

It may be based in Findlay, Ohio, a city of 40,000 south of Toledo, but the company has a global reach. WIth recruiting centers in Philadelphia and Los Angeles, The RightThing recruits candidates, conducts interviews, and makes job offers internationally. It's even been hired by other outsourcing firms - Unisys, for instance - to help with its global recruiting.

One of the strengths client companies have noted about The RightThing is its consultative approach that starts with getting to understand a new client's culture, as well as its needs.
