Founder and CEO Sean Bisceglia has teamed up with Aquent, as minority investor, to launch this searching and screening startup. He's a serial entrepreneur who sold his last company, CPRi (Corporate Project Resources, Inc) to Aquent in July 2005.
TalentDrive offers an intelligent search agent technology that analyzes job client job descriptions then searches designated job boards for resumes that match. Besides comparing skills and experience in the description to those in the resume, the search intelligence employs statistical models to predict how likely a job is to fit the candidate's career path.
When TalentDrive launched in 2007 it targeted smaller businesses. Today, TalentDrive is a subscription service with some 55 global clients using the SaaS provisioned TalentFilter product to automatically search job boards, rank candidates and make the initial contact.
