At a time when Canada was losing some of its best and brightest to jobs south of the border, Sandra Jagmohan founded and led the development of HireAnewGrad.com which specializes, as its name implies, in entry-level talent. Earlier she founded Resume World, a resume writing and distribution service. In 2006, Talcura Corp. was formed. It provides talent management and recruitment technology in the Software-as-a-service models. The Talcura Talent Management Suite includes recruitment, performance, staffing and analytics in a single package that integrates with existing systems in-house. Its product offerings are also available a la carte. The company realigned its product lineup at the end of 2007.
