With the growth of contingency workers, it makes sense that a need arose for software to manage the vendors that supply these people. StaffingLogic provides software and services to help organizations control, predict, and measure staffing vendors.
It also makes sense that StaffingLogic is part of The Judge Group, which is one of the larger suppliers of contingent and permanent workers, especially in the high-tech field. Initially, StaffingLogic was The Judge Group VMS, but in 2004, the company renamed the product Staffing Logic and created a StaffingLogic Provider Network so that the software could be available through third-party firms.
StaffingLogic focuses on managing both the vendors and the workers they provide, coordinating job requsition, provisioning, onboarding and time and attendance records and payments. The software is offered as a standalone over-the-Web service or as part of a staffing program managed by The Judge Group.
