People tell Sheila Greco things. Things like how many sales associates are being added to a company's east coast territory. Or who really managed the successful launch of a new product. Or how a vendor's screw-up has forced a production halt at company x.
And for a fee, Sheila Greco will tell you.
How do we know this? Her website says so. And in a past life, we told one of her associates things. OK, so it was a candidate referral. But we kind of got sucked into this spy thing of our own making.
What Sheila Greco and Associates does is to source candidates, headhunt, provide leads, especially sales, marketing and recruiting, and compile business intelligence. From a rural headquarters in upstate New York, Greco and her farflung staff deliver an array of services such as customized research/name generation, recruiting, customized competitive intelligence and SGA ExecutiveTracker. Each service is specialized with the goal, Greco tells us, of providing 110% customer satisfaction.
