SearchEase offers three versions of managed, turnkey job-board software and private-label career-site hosting products. With the Enterprise version, employers can post or bulk-post jobs and prepay, screen and ask pre-interview questions, track resumes and applicants, set up auto-responses to applications, reply by email and invite to interview -- or any customized response they wish. Resume postings can be redirected to alternate staff, and applicants can be redirected to the employer’s site. They can search the resume database and set up resume search alerts. Company profiles (featured employers) are available as a publisher upsell. With multiple posting packages, recruiters can pick up expired ads and edit or “clone.” The site also offers e-commerce capabilities. SearchEase offers the ability to scrape listings from employer websites.

Fully-functional public job board that contains the listings from its private label customers plus additional job posted directly to searchease.com. Employers can post basic listings for free; with options to purchase bulk posting (job wrapping/scraping), featured placement and the like. -
Hosted, Private Label Job Board Software
Three versions are available, with different options and prices. SearchEase Lite is a basic job board in a box. SearchEase Engine is the company’s flag-ship product. It’s a step up from Lite and is targeted at companies that want to augment their existing business with a career site. SearchEase Enterprise solution is a highly scalable, feature-rich site including functions such as ecommerce (credit card processing), import/bulk-post jobs, screen and ask pre-interview questions, track resumes and applicants, set up auto-responses to applications, reply by e-mail and invite to interview, sales management tools and more. Enterprise is for companies with high volume applications and visitors or for-profit commercial sites.
