Relational Systems, Inc. was founded in 1989 specifically to develop software solutions for the recruiting and staffing industries.
WinSearch Recruiting Software, the key product, is an ATS with features specific to the staffing industry. Available in both client-server and ASP versions, WinSearch includes things like job order management and workflow tracking, in addition to the essential features recruiters expect from an ATS.
Much is also made of the tight integration with Microsoft Office, the most popular business software in the world.
More than 2,500 staffing firms worldwide use WinSearch. Over the years, the company has released a steady stream of upgrades and made a number of key alliances, such as the announcement in mid-2007 that it was one of 23 companies in the Monster HR Alliance Program.
VP of Operations Carrie Leffew told us that product upgrades and "our ability to deliver high quality products that really work (and work well) is what has distinguished us from our competition, year after year."
