Think of this is a sealed bid recruiter job board. Contingency recruiters, staffing firms, independents and the like who pay the monthly membership fee get to review reqs posted by employerswho pay nothing to list jobs.
When you find a req you like, the recruiter sends the employer a secret price bid and other details. The employer can pick one, two or more recruiters to work on the req (or none and start all over), paying the successful recruiter whatever their fee bid was.
RecruiterReqs doesn't require an employer to pick the lowest bidder, which is why each recruiter member provides a profile. You pick the combination of price and experience.
RecruiterReqs is yet another variant on the negotiated search price concept. The site launched in the spring of 2009, so doesn't yet have a track record. However, founder Paul Paris has more than a decade of recruiting experience mostly in senior recruiter positions with name financial companies.Products & Services
