The company was formed in August 2005 by the merger of Qwiz, Inc., ePredix, and Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, Inc., an ePredix subsidiary. The merger was one of the early ones as the testing market began to consolidate. In 2006, PreVisor bought Brainbench and in 2007, it added Talent Technologies (formerly PSL Australia), CraftSystems, Performance Technologies International (PTI), and ASE Solutions.
PreVisor is an international company with offices in the U.K., Australia, and U.S. Its client list includes over 100 of the Fortune 500 companies.
Nowhere near the biggest of the testing and assessment firms, PreVisor is growing rapidly as a result of the acquisitions and it now offers specialized testing expertise in a number of skills areas, especially in IT, where Brainbench was especially strong.
The company offers catalog tests and assessments, but can also provide custom solutions designed to meet client demands.

PreVisor Has Deal With Retailer hhgregg (www.previsor.com)
PreVisor has signed a multi-year contract with hhgregg, Inc. for its assessment tools and services. PreVisor will be integrated with the ADP VirtualEdge recruitment solution used by the appliance and electronics retailer.
