The firm provides HR organizational planning and management services encompassing software, consulting, and a service bureau for data analysis/management. Its clients include a few big names internationally, such as Daimler Chrysler. And it has sector-specific offerings in healthcare, government, and education. The company offers a broad array of in-house and ASP HR-management programs. These include the popular 360 feedback surveys, succession planning, and benefits and compensation tools, with an emphasis on corporate analytics. HR Pulse is the branded HR management system available as an in-house licensed enterprise system or hosted. Now in its seventh iteration, the Pulse program is effective for multi-national environments where the need is high to configure systems for local needs. A key feature of the Pilat programs are the baseline metrics and data analysis capabilities, developed over the product's 20-year history. Centreus was introduced in 2007 as a software-as-a-service companion to Pulse, providing 360 feedback and development management services. The parent company, Technologies International, Ltd is incorporated in Israel. In December 1996, the company's shares were listed for trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and in June 1998, the company's shares were also listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. Financially, the company has struggled the last several quarters.
