  Novotus, a recruitment process outsourcing firm headquartered in Austin, has changed the name of its popular NovoFlow product to NovoHire.

  “In conjunction with the industry leading guarantee we introduced on this product a few weeks ago, it made sense to change the name to make it more identifiable,” said Novotus CEO and founder Mike Mayeux.
