Netrix Softwares is a custom Internet design, hosting, and software coding shop based in India. It developed a recruitment solution - eRecruitware - that combines an ATS with a private label career site.

It's Web-based and hosted. Because Netrix is also a design house, it can provide the "skin" for the career site to visually integrate it into an existing corporate site. The ATS functionality provides basic functions and more advanced features such as prequalifying candidates and ranking applicants based on recruiter-set criteria. It includes a calendaring function to track the hiring process, job order by job order. There's even some limited onboarding ability, though it is not a complete solution there.

We haven't found the product to be widely used; SoftScout ranks it fairly low in popularity, for whatever that is worth. And most of the online references to eRecruitware point back to the company's many separate websites.
