Matthew Adam and Patty Van Leer have been named executive vice presidents of NAS Recruitment. The two are NAS veterans and their promotion follows the retirement of long time NAS executive, John Stepien.

Adam will assume responsibility for executive level oversight of client service and creative activities at NAS. He will also continue to serve as NAS' Chief Talent Strategist.

Van Leer will continue to serve clients by helping organizations integrate their brands into the ongoing digital space evolution as well as oversee all of NAS' digital initiatives for clients. She will additionally retain her title as Chief Interactive Strategist for NAS.

NAS Recruitment Communications named its San Antonio branch  "Office of the Year" for the second year in a row. The team there also earned the NAS Client Partnership Award and Anne Lynette Gallas was named NAS Director of the Year, also for the second year in a row.

In addition, creative campaigns designed for clients of the NAS San Antonio office won 12 Gold and five Silver Creative Awards. The presentations were made at the recent NAS Leadership Conference at a black-tie awards ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio, the company's headquarters.
