NACELink is a jobs service of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers), linking employers and colleges to provide job opportunities and informations to students, typically via the university's career center. NACELink also offers budget-friendly software to colleges and universities to use in creating a job board and online career center. The product was developed as a partnership between NACE, DirectEmployers Association (another non-profit), and Symplicity Corporation.

Created in 2002 with a core group of 25 colleges, NACELink now stands at 625 participating schools with over 500,000 employer accounts. Employers can target any or all of the campuses and students can tap into the jobs at their own career center or those at other participating schools. It's a non-profit alternative to MonsterTrak, which is the college-focused job board run by Monster.

Supplemental products include JobWeb.com, an online resource about employers and offering career advice, and Job Choices, a career-development magazine. The NACELink Network also offers Career Services Management (CSM) software for degreed colleges and universities nationwide to use in creating their online job boards and career centers.
