Web-based TalentLink components cover ATS, career center hosting, staffing vendor management, internal recruitment, and more, including comprehensive analytics tools that go well beyond the usual time- and cost-to-fill metrics. Components like the career center can be independently deployed without buying the entire TalentLink suite. If that's your interest, then at least for the career center examples Mr.Ted points to on the website, there are slicker vendors, though few that can handle the 40 languages the company claims proficiency in.
Not only do we think Mr.Ted does recruiting right, so does Red Herring, which named the company a finalist in its 100 best European technology companies in 2007. It's raised $35 million in venture capital since its founding, primarily from BV Capital and Holland Venture.
The company became profitable in 2003, spending some of its profits and VC money to acquire German E-recruitment company Refline and push into Asia, opening an office in Beijing.
