Offering software for human capital management, Meta4 is an international firm, a subsidiary of France-based enterprise planning software firm Groupe ADONIX, which acquired the company in 2003. Meta4 works with both the public and private sectors and also provides HR services for schools, courts, hospitals and others. Groupe ADONIX, acquired the company in 2003, then in 2005 Groupe ADONIX was acquired by UK-based Sage Group which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.
Meta4 and Microsoft have worked together in technology for many years in order to integrate their tools and in 2006 Meta4 was one of the companies asked to participate in the Microsoft/IDC study the economic impact that MicrosoftWindows Vista will have on six European markets. In 2007, more than nine million employees in 82 countries are managed by the Meta4 software, 40 more countries than 2006. The growth came as a result of both new customers and the international expansion of their current customer base.
Clients include Bridgestone Europe – which is using Meta4 solutions to manage a database of more than 10,000 employees in 18 European countries - and Bimbo, with more than 65,000 employees in a total of 9 countries.News & Updates
