This small company that shares a name with a publicly traded and much larger Web and site measurement services firm specializes in providing software to the home-healthcare industry.
When we first reviewed the company's Website in 2007 it had bad links and a paucity of information. Since then the site has been overhauled and more details about the company's services are offered.
Based just outside Buffalo, NY, Keynote Systems offers four types of service: software to manage a temp staffing business; an over-the-web home healthcare management program; a business accounting and payroll program, and; general IT support.
The "Quick Demo" link on the site is a bit misleading as it's not a demo in the usual sense. For that you need to submit a request form.
Even with the site overhaul you'll need to contact Keynote for specific details on how the software functions and what specific features it offers.
