The study, conducted by Bersin & Associates, the only research and advisory firm focused solely on enterprise learning, talent management and talent acquisition, is a comprehensive market review and buyers' guide for talent management software systems. Out of 24 companies profiled, Kenexa ranked No. 4 in market share by revenue and by number of enterprise customers.

Kenexa Earns Berth on Technology Fast 500 List Oct 26, 2009
Kenexa, global provider of talent management and retention solutions, ranked 363 on the Technology Fast 500, Deloitte LLP’s ranking of 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five year period from 2004–2008. Kenexa grew 340 percent during this period. Kenexa was also ranked 17 in Deloitte’s 2009 Greater Philadelphia Fast 50.

Analyst Raises Target Price For Kenexa Stock Jul 21, 2009
Little more than a week after Deutsche Bank downgraded Kenexa from a hold to a sell, Piper Jaffray reiterated its "overweight" rating of the stock. That means in the opinion of Piper Jaffray, Kenexa is a better value relative to other HR software tech firms.
The analyst recommendation also raised the target price for Kenexa from $9 a share to $15.
In the 30 days prior to this post, Kenexa's stock has been trading mostly in a range between $10 and $11.50 a share.

Priority Number One in the Aftermath of Layoffs: Reengaging Employees Dec 15, 2008
The Kenexa Research Institute has found employee engagement takes a hit when their company has had a layoff and that 43 percent of employees with layoffs report being confident about the future of their company, compared to 61% of employees with no layoffs.
A similar analysis of a layoff's psychic impact by Leadership IQ found three-quarters of the surviving employees believe productivity has suffered while 61 percent fear for their company's future.
