The program offers the ability to track recruitment expenses on a per req and per client basis. An extensive practice history has data fields to provide the recruiter a strong sense of the culture and nature of the client location with the position to fill. While many recruiters in other industries keep such personal notes, KontactIntelligence includes text fields to answer such questions as "Is there harmony in the group and in the hospital medical staff? and "Are there any political issues…?"
KI users with at least a 6-month contract also get access to a recruiter training module and forms, documents, and research that include model contracts, non-compete agreements for practice partners, and more.

This is a soup-to-nuts recruitment solution specifically designed for recruiters of physicians. It includes extensive collection fields, as well as all the ATS features recruiters expect, including a resume parser, contact manager, private labeled job board, posting distribution. There are also modules for recruiter training and documents and data that have a few surprises, including model budgets for startup practices, salary data, and sample contracts, partnership agreements and more. These can be purchased separately or come free with a minimum 6-month contract. -
