This is a job-board-in-a-box technology provider and a little bit more. The company powers hundreds of career sites and job boards for organizations and associations, primarily, with a smattering of commercial boards as well.
Among the groups using the private-label JobTarget platform are Interior Design magazine and the National Association of Sales Professionals. For sites not needing the whole enchilada, JobTarget offers a la carte services such as customer service, editorial content, and cross-posting capabilites plus access to the company's One-Click posting network.
The "little bit more" we mentioned earlier is a jobs posting service backed by that network. For a fee, recruiters and hiring managers can post a job to thousands of job boards, paying either nothing but the cost of the ad or a $30 fee plus the ad cost, depending on whether the site is in- or out-of-network. Job-seekers get to search listings from many of JobTarget's hosted sites as well as from a feed of jobs provided by Indeed.com.
In 2007, JobTarget signed a deal with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to provide a job posting service for the organization's 200,000 or so members. It works just like the proprietary One-Click service but is part of the SHRM site.
Visit the JobTarget site, but if you want details you'll have to call. The site is limited in what it tells you about the products and who the people are behind them.News & Updates

There's a $30 fee plus the ad cost for out-of-network boards.
