This is the U.S. arm of U.K.-based JobServe Ltd., a multi-national recruitment firm that operates a number of job boards in the U.S., Australia, the U.K., and Canada.

JobServe claims to be the first Internet job board, having launched a jobs email in 1993. Today, it is one of the largest job boards in the U.K.

The company moved into the U.S. market in May 2006 when it acquired CareerBoard from HRSmart, and ComputerWork.com. It added ComputerJobs and the Canadian job board, JobShark, later in the year.

ComputerJobs.com (profile) and CareerBoard.com get the bulk of the traffic.
