Its position as a jobs leader in a field that is considered one of the hottest areas of recuiting can be traced in part to an early aggressive strategy of partnering with groups representing licensed practical nurses, physicians, veterinary services, podiatrists and chiropractors, dentists, and others.

More recently, the company has spread its wings and is expanding its software solutions across multiple industries. It will be worth watching to see if the firm can strategically pinpoint a wider growth strategy without losing the identity that has brought it this far.
