Headquartered in London, Jobpartners sells technical solutions to the talent management market. Its ActiveSuite includes an ATS, succession planning, performance management, and an HR database.
The company is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Simon Lynch (Toymonkey, Club Connexion). Initially, the firm's focus was recruitment software alone, but the company expanded to other employee management services. The firm raised over $36.7 million of venture capital in the period 1998-2003 and now supplies services to a strong portfolio of multinational companies, such as Xerox, Carrefour, and DHL. In 2003, Lynch left to pursue new ventures but the firm has gone on to thrive and is a leader in the European market, has four European subsidiaries, and clients in 50 countries.
