JobDiva is a SaaS staffing system provider started by CEO Diya Obeid, who also founded Axelon Services Corp. (formerly Algomod Technologies Corporation), an IT consulting and staffing firm. JobDiva was developed by Algomod, with which it shares offices.
JobDiva's clients are primarily mid-sized staffing (and some recruiting) firms. While we couldn't determine how big the JobDiva customer base is, it does include TAC Worldwide, Keane, and Mitchell-Martin. The company's user conference in New York in 2009 had CareerBuilder for a lead sponsor.
JobDiva has been growing at a brisk pace, adding features to its initial ATS so that today the JobDiva lineup covers the complete talent acquisition landscape and extends into the backoffice with billing, timesheet, payroll, and commission management.
In the talent acquisition area, it offers auto harvesting of resumes from subscribed national boards, as well as databasing and management of new and existing candidates.
In 2009 it partnered with M5 Networks to integrate telephony into the JobDiva CRM. Now, recruiters can launch calls directly from the JobDiva dashboard and have the system track the calls, all without installing any local software.

M5 Networks and JobDiva have partnered to build telephony integration into the JobDiva CRM application for all JobDiva and M5 customers.
M5 provides Voice-over-IP managed phone systems. The new M5Connect for JobDiva allows users to track their phone traffic as part of the workflow process within JobDiva. It can also shave 20-30 seconds off each phone call and with staffing recruiters making 50 or more calls a day, the time savings alone can amount to almost a half-hour a day.
