Insala dates back to 1996, but it was 1998 when Matt Adams and Phillip Roark worked on a project to close facilities at a national manufacturing firm that they saw the need for workforce planning and career transition tools.
That plant closure was the catalyst for Insala's evolution from consulting firm to technology providers. Adams and Roark use their human resources and technology knowledge with the web development firm owned by Doug Maxwell, who became the third business partner.
The company today provides tools for succession planning, leadership development, performance management, employee surveys, and a corporate outplacement service for employees.
Insala has racked up an impressive number of awards in the past few years, including "Software 500 Fastest: Top 10 Fastest Growing Small Firms", ACP President's Award, and "Deloitte Fast 50 Rising Star." Its services are made available publicly by Monster and to clients of outplacement firms. Its corporate clients include Intertek and Deloitte.
Insala is headquartered in Euless, Texas, just outside Dallas and has offices in London, New York, Australia, South Africa, France, the Netherlands, and Sweden.Products & Services
