If you use ACT to manage your contacts then Fill-Staff 10 can help make life a little easier. Fill-Staff is an add-on specifically for version 10 of ACT, the popular contact database most commonly used by sales to manage prospects, leads and customers.
What Fill-Staff 10 does is to layer on to ACT additional fields and screens specifically designed for recruiting use. It adds a basic applicant tracking and client tracking system to ACT, customizing the program's database and contact management tools specifically for recruitment.
Fill-Staff 10 seems best suited to the needs of contract and independent recruiters, but it can be used by small shop hiring managers and staffing firms. It stores resumes, tracks candidates, can do some basic job matching, manages timesheets calendars sendouts and other events, automatically mails reminders and more.

Fill-Staff 10 is a product developed by company president Bill Williams, who ran his own staffing firm, IMS Staffing, for 11 years. The staffing firm is still in business and online.
