There's a testimonial on the iCIMS site that calls the help desk "knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive." When was the last time anybody said that about a help desk.

iCIMS Adds New Clients In 2nd Quarter (www.icims.com)
Privately held iCIMS issued a second quarter report that says the talent acquisition and management services provider signed some 80 new clients during the spring and opened a new office in London.
Unlike publicly held companies, iCIMS is not required to release financial data and its press release includes no revenue or profit numbers.
