HR Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Robert Schulte as an outsourcing firm focused on implementing and managing the hiring process for large-scale employment projects. To streamline the hiring process, HR Services created technology to track and process the applicants' responses.
In 1997, HR Services introduced DialApp, an Interactive Voice Response telephone application system.
In 1999, HR Services introduced myStaffingPro, a custom Web-based applicant tracking system. The myStaffingPro applicant tracking system is currently in its seventh edition and supports over 400 clients and 25,000 users.

DialApp
DialApp is an interactive voice response system which gives applicants the opportunity to apply for positions over the telephone. Applicants can call into a toll free number to hear a description of the job, and submit responses to prescreening questions. The applicant’s responses are transcribed into the interactive myStaffingPro user interface.
