The company was founded in 1997 as a healthcare job board, but grew rapidly, developing an ATS in response to client requests then adding other features. Today, HealthcareSource offers a complete talent management solution ranging from sourcing to performance evaluation and training.

Position Manager, an applicant tracking system, was the company's first development project. It was designed to address the unique needs of the healthcare industry, which lead to an onboarding system and a performance evaluation / e-learning system.

The company hones in on its uniqueness and concentrates exclusively on healthcare, addressing the problems that healthcare providers face, such as regulatory and privacy concerns

More than 1,000 facilities now use the company's technology and its job board is also popular. 

HealthcareSource announced a partnership with HireAbility in 2007 and another partnership with screening vendor HirEase, Inc. that same year.

  • HealthcareSource Reports 40% Growth In Revenue (Company PR)

    HealthcareSource, provider of talent management software solutions for the healthcare industry, reported half year revenue growth of over 40 percent over the same period in 2008.

    The privately held company reported closing 30 new enterprise product contracts across both the Position Manager (ATS) and Performance Manager solutions. The company said its ATS posted record new sales and the largest sale ever. Additionally, an increased number of clients purchased both the recruiting and performance solutions together.
