This fast-growing recruiter franchisor has helped dozens of recruiters open their own offices; 150 according to the count on the company website. Global Recruiters Network provides training, expertise, and technology to its franchisees, who plunk down $89,000 for the help and the exclusive right to open a GRN office.
Its Recruiter Xchange, CAPS RXT, is a technology driven recruiter-to-recruiter community communication system that enables recruiters to chat with each other, exchange job assignments and candidates, and stay in touch with the mother ship.
The company was founded in 2003 by Brad Baiocchi, founder and former president of BBDP, a tech services and development firm that built CAPS Software, which is sold under that brand. CAPS is the technology provider to Global Recruiters Network. Baiocchi joined with other recruiting veterans, many of them former Management Recruiters International executives and managers, to found Global Recruiters Network.
The GRN website includes biographies on the GRN leadership team, all of whom have years of experience as recruiters and recruiting executives. There's also a page of videotaped testimonials from GRN franchise holders, a nice touch, since their names and offices are listed, making it easier to talk with them before directly approaching the company.
