VendorWatch, the vendor directory where you are reading this now, had almost 400 profiles when this was written in early October 2008. Consider that there are many times that number serving just the recruiting sector and you can appreciate just how hard it can be for a company to get noticed.

That's where HRmarketer comes in. One of two Fisher Vista services, HRmarketer.com is a marketing and information service for the human capital industry. (The other is a similar service for the Senior Care industry.)

You may know HRmarketer best for its press release distribution service; it's a core part of the business. While the majority of the services are provided and used self-service, the company offers more customized and specialized help. There's a HRmarketer Services Group that can help you with your online marketing efforts by advising or even building web sites optimized for the search engines meaning improved visibility and reach. There's a team of designers to develop your creatives and mailing lists to develop leads for vendor sales teams.

In short, HRmarketer has serviced over 500 human resource and recruiting and staffing vendors, helping them generate publicity, website traffic, sales leads and improved SEO.

Founded in the Northern California seaside resort of Capitola in 2001, Fisher Vista, LLC launched HRmarketer a year later.  In 2006, the Services Group was introduced. Two years later came HR Community, a social networking community allowing HR vendors to build interactive company profiles and syndicate their white papers, webcasts, reports and other content.

Fisher Vista also offers SeniorCareMarketer.Com, which does for the senior care industry what Hmarketer.com does for human resource vendors. That service was announced in 2007 and the website was introduced in 2008.

The company's unique staff includes several published authors, a professional photographer, a screen writer, an endurance athlete (who competes in 50+ mile runs), several triathletes and a laughter yoga instructor.

    Cloud features two major enhancements: integration with Google Analytics allowing customers to have their Web site traffic metrics displayed on their HRmarketer dashboard, and a new Twitter feature embedded into HRmarketer's social media press release distribution platform that sends an automatic Tweet about the release at the time of distribution.
