This is TruStar Solutions, Inc. renamed. Founded in 1997 as IIRC (International Internet Recruiting Consultants), the company became TruStar in 2003 and two years later was sold to First Advantage.
By then, the original business model evaluating job boards and posting jobs to them on behalf of clients had evolved into consulting on a variety of HR recruiting issues. While the company's roots as an ad servicer are preserved in its job posting and online advertising strategy-development arm, it also works with clients on determining needs and assessing technology and service vendors. It can even assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates, functioning as an outsourced recruiting agency.
