Provider of core business applications for the Australian recruitment industry, FastTrack claims over 500 customers and over 10,000 users. Started by Justin Sway and a business partner in 1992, by 2001 the company had reached a plateau at about $5 million in annual revenue. At that point, Sway formed an advisory board that helped restructure the company, buy out his partner, increase revenue, and increase profitability. Since then it's been an upward path.
The FastTrack business applications include SkillsBase and Recruitment Manager, combined with a fully integrated timesheet entry and payroll/billing module. These applications were designed specifically to handle the complex labor hire, contractor and temp payroll and billing needs of the recruitment industry.
In 2005 FastTrack was selected as Peopleclick's partner in the Asian Pacific market, enabling it to sell and supports Peopleclick's applicant tracking system and vendor management system.
