This simple market ethos makes sense when you read the company's history: Founder Robert Epstein is a pharmacist who retired after 20 years with the United States Public Health Service in clinical pharmacy, medical clinic management, and with the National Health Service Corps program recruiting physicians/healthcare professionals in the Seattle Regional Office. After retirement, Epstein managed a 50 physician group practice in Seattle recruiting doctors and helping set them up in practice at a suburban Seattle area hospital.

A physician specific recruiting software that offers more than just the basics of your typical out-of-the-box ATS. Candidates and openings can be tracked via a variety of criteria, i.e., specialty, state of licensure, board certification, states where the candidates wishes to practice. Also allows recruiters to keep track of where the candidate has been presented; and to track each open position including who has been presented. Programs can also be customized to meet specific needs. The program is provided as client-owned software with free support for the first 90 days.
