This is a "me too" job board for the nursing industry. It's attractively designed with a navigation menu that holds promise, but one or two clicks shows there's not a lot there.
Remarkably, the job search function itself plays second fiddle on the homepage to promotions for feature content, resume submission and assorted miscellany. Finding the job search requires a hunting expedition.
When you do find it you are rewarded with a wealth of nursing and related jobs. No surprise as DiversityNursingJobs is a JobTarget job customer, so it has access to the extensive JobTarget network. But considering the site is oriented toward diversity candidates, the ads we checked were all plain vanilla. Ditto the employer profiles on the site.
The visitor count, under 2,000 a month according to Compete.com, helps explain why after three years there are fewer than 250 resumes in the database. Even so, employers posting ads directly will pay top dollar; a 30-day listing is $300.News & Updates

Postings, considering the minimal traffic and the competitive environment, are a pricey $300 for a single 30-day listing. A 60-day listing is $450. Package deals bring the price down, but are useful for employers with continuous hiring needs over a long period. -
