CVTracer offers an on-demand ATS and client management program for small and mid-sized staffing and recruiting firms. It also has some corporate clients, including Martha Stewart.
There's a list of product features and an online demo that makes it plain that CVTracer performs most basic front-office functions including candidate and job req management and online job posting and distribution.
The company has an office in Germany and tells us it has clients in North American, Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
There's not a lot of company history on the site. For instance, you won't learn who the founders are or who runs the company from the Web site itself. In that regard, all it says is that the company "began with a team of recruiting and IT professionals." Perhaps as one peer says in his comments about founder Marjorie Mancini on the LinkedIn website, "CVTracer is short on talk, long on rock.”

CV Tracer
Three versions of CV Tracer software are available (Professional, Enterpirse, Custom) to provide the spectrum of services from requisition creation, approval, and posting, to automating the flow of candidates through each stage of the hiring process, The software also integrates with a company website so job openings are automatically updated in real time and postings can be distributed to other sites. It also provides client management and contact function for sales and business development. We did notice that back-end integration may require custom programming. We also did not see a time and payroll management component.
