SuccessFactors A Leader Says IDC Report Jan 8, 2009
SuccessFactors, a global provider of on-demand performance and talent management solutions, is named a leader in Integrated Talent Management in a recent study of HR software vendors by IDC, a provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets
The report says, “SuccessFactors’ Talent management suite offers a prominent end-to-end solution leading the marketplace and illustrating the continuous circle and strategic interdependency of the various talent management functions within an organization."

Study Shows Trends In Corporate Social Networking Dec 11, 2008
New research shows that an increasing number of organizations are informally experimenting with Web 2.0 tools for business purposes. A study conducted by think tank Human Capital Institute (HCI) and talent management software provider Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. says more than half of the companies surveyed use communities of practice/groups and chat/instant messaging (IM), with other popular applications including corporate social networks (49 percent) and blogs and/or wikis (39 percent).
