CKR Interactive is a national recruitment advertising agency with a global reach. Its fast growth from four person office in San Jose, California to, seven offices throughout the U.S. is testament to the talent and industry know-how of its founders and management team.

Now when you think advertising you think clever creative design. And that is true enough for CKR. But what especially impressed us is a case study that involved analyzing source of candidates and hire for freight and package delivery company DHL. ROI analysis is an important part of advertising, but it's not what most of us hear about. In this case, however, DHL ended up saving $200,000 while improving its reach.
Besides DHL clients include Genentech, Hard Rock Cafe, a few hospitals and several healtcare companies.
Lest you think, though, the firm is all bean-counting, its website mascot is Mr. Potato Head. His animated persona graces the homepage and wherever a Chia Pet or Etch-a-Sketch aren't. There's also a link to Fun Stuff on the site.
Curtis Keith Rogers founded CKR (as CKR Group) in 2001 after leaving Monster, where he was a vice president following the acquisition of his former company Rogers and Associates Advertising. The recruitment and business-to-business advertising agency he co-founded had 10 offices in major US markets.
While on the advisory board of CareerWorkStation, Rogers met Lee Roberson who was director of sales and business developmen. A 15 year veteran of sales and business development in Silicon Valley, Roberson left to co-found CKR with Rogers.
The other members of the management team earned their chops at firms like JWT Specialized Communications and Robert Half.
