CareerJournal.com, the job site for The Wall Street Journal, is targeted at executives and high-end professionals with salaries of $100,000 or more. The site takes advantage of its parent company, with a wide range of content including articles and advice. Its editorial content and high-end users are key differentiators from other job boards.

Its products include job posting, resume database search, diversity career fairs, email marketing, and banner advertising. CareerJournal boasts 300,000 executive and professional resumes in its database. It offers cross-posting to sister sites CareerJournalEurope.com and CareerJournalAsia.com, CollegeJournal.com; plus several IT-targeted career boards.

It also exports to and from the CareerJournal National Network, a network of 150 specialty and newspaper sites, all powered by technology provider Adicio. Additionally, recruiters have the option of placing a combination online and print ad in The Wall Street Journal.

Parent company Dow Jones was recently acquired by News Corp., the impact of which is unclear for CareerJournal.com.
