What's a Cachinko?

For openers, it's a new social networking start-up that emerged from beta at the end of 2008. Its focus is on jobs.

Cachinko lets folks sign up, network, share jobs, and build a community. It's an employee referral system, online job list, and online network all in one.

The site has gotten a little buzz because the referral program includes a referral fee, which is not bad for helping your friends and family find a job.

But what we don't know is just how Cachinko is different from Ryze, Spoke, LinkedIn, Jobster, or the other job networks.
