Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five year period from 2004–2008. Bullhorn grew 615% percent during this period.

Bullhorn, a provider of front office staffing and recruiting software, named Rob Kornblum vice president of corporate development and general manager of the Bullhorn Network.

Kornblum will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new businesses and corporate strategy through new products and services.

Before joining Bullhorn, Kornblum consulted to a number of firms in the recruiting and Internet industries.  He was previously vice president of business development for Monster Worldwide.

Bullhorn says membership is an important important part of its initiatives to establish itself as a leading player in the UK market. The company opened an office in London in June.

APSCo is the UK’s leading professional recruitment industry trade group.
