Bullhorn is a technology provider to the staffing industry. Its software-as-a-service - meaning you don't have to buy it, fix it, or maintain it - is in use by 1,400 firms in 33 countries, by the company's own count.
Bullhorn's integrated solution - sales lead generation, candidate sourcing, job orders, applicant tracking, and fulfillment - are combined into a single program that simplifies the process of obtaining and filling orders. Pricing starts under $135 a month, another reason Bullhorn is used by even small staffing and recruitment firms.
The company must be doing things right since it grew revenue 398 percent between 2004 and 2007, fast enough to be ranked the 909th fastest growing private company in the U.S. by Inc.com.
Bullhorn's products are designed to be easy to use with minimal training. And, if you do run into problems, there's always the company's award-winning customer service department to turn to. The website is worth a visit if only to avail yourself of the company blog and research reports.
