Launched in 2008, FluidPowerJobs.com is a job board owned and managed by Bosco-Hubert & Associates, LLC., a search firm focusing on the fluid power industry.
Fluid power includes mobile and industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, motion control, power transmission, bearings, and fluid sealing. The search firm hires for engineering and mechanical positions as well as marketing, sales and executive jobs in the field.
Unlike many job boards affiliated with search firms this one has a broad range of positions aggregated from across the country, not just the reqs being worked by Bosco-Hubert. There were more than 1,000 positions listed when we checked in late December 2008.
There's no accurate count of site traffic, but FluidPowerJobs.com is on the Job Target platform giving it added reach. The site is listed first on Google for "hydraulics" and "fluid power," so it evidently does at least reasonably well.
Being a Job Target client enables job posters access to the wider network, though the site provides no information about whether that option or others, including redistribution to the job aggregators or the paid boards, are offered.

Site offers a variety of posting packages some including resume access. Single job posting is $175 for 30 days. An extra 30 days costs $325. Unlimited job postings for a year was on sale in late 2008 for $6,000. Featured employer listing is available for $200 for 60 days. -

About 200 resumes in the database. Buy on a pay per view basis; $35 per resume. Bulk packages are available either by volume or time; 25 resume package costs $655. Unlimited resumes for 60 days is $4,000.
