The company's First Quarter 2009 Career Trends Analysis and Industry Outlook Reports, released today, provides an in-depth look at the latest job market trends.It found a 15.2 percent increase in healthcare workers, with a majority of having 1-3 years experience, while job postings call for a year or less. There was a 54.5 percent in IT workers looking for a job. Most had 5-10 years experience, while recruiters were seeking 3-5 years.

Most Workers On Their Own When It Comes To Coping With Commuting Costs Sep 23, 2008
Workers are mostly on their own when it comes to the cost of commuting. An online poll by Beyond.com had 72 percent of those voting telling the Pennsylvania-based job board network that their employers were doing nothing to help offset the cost of gas.
On the half-full side of the equation, 15 percent did say thier employer is offering increased telecommuting opportunities.
