This is one of those ambitious product-development software houses that have been springing up in India over the last few years.
Unlike many, however, this one has its detractors. In a very public declaration of disgust, one of the company's clients has posted a warning not to do business with Aynsoft. What's all the more remarkable is that Aynsoft links to the site, cgarchitect.com, as an example of its client work. We don't know how legitimate the complaint is, but if the client actually made a final payment before all the bugs were resolved, shame on them.
In any case, Aynsoft advertises off-the-shelf software for ATS, staffing and job boards, in addition to products for classifieds listings, hotel bookings, retail shopping, and real estate listings. Need a site designed? Anysoft's designers and programmers can do that, too.
The company has two HR products: an ATS and a job-board-in-a-box. Both are low-cost, entry-level products that come with a custom-designed career site, not just a place to put the company brand. The products are offered on at least four sites: the address we list above, plus Helpaway.com, www.ejobsitesoftware.com, and ERecruitmentSoftware.com.

Applicant Tracking Software
Functional ATS for small companies and staffing firms. For $2,500 you get the basics plus a custom designed career site. Don't expect multiple job posting capabilities or extensive metrics. And there's no mention of a parser, nor, for that matter, should you expect much in the way of matching or ranking, beyond standard keyword and variable's searching. It does have scheduling, calendaring and essential CRM capabilities. -
Jobsite software
This job-board-in-a-box comes with at least one feature you don't often see in an off-the-shelf product: custom design. That's because Aynsoft is also a design and programming shop. Otherwise, the job board is basic. According to one unhappy customer, however, it doesn't include all the features advertised on the site and it is buggy. At a cost of $2,500, which includes free hosting, it is not the cheapest off-the-shelf board on the market.
